Please note: There may be delays in getting your order due to Covid and busy periods, therefore deliveries may take longer than usual. Therefore, currently we are no longer offering the option of next day delivery. Sairah’s Corner will not be held responsible for this delay.

We endeavour to process within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) however, during busy periods this may be 1-2 working days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Our standard delivery orders are not usually tracked and in case of need we will assist in recovery of the parcel or loss via the delivery agent and will only replace the lost item(s) once this process has been exhausted.

Once your order has been dispatched it can take 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday) for you to receive your order. Orders placed on Friday after midday are shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

For same day dispatch, orders need to be placed before 1pm for this to be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this cut off time will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £3.99 to UK Mainland (typically 3-5 business days).

International Delivery

We are currently not offering any international delivery. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
